  • Marble Arch Place
    Marble Arch Place is an exciting, mixed-use scheme that will deliver a new landmark building for London and a gateway to the West End. The development consists of an 18 storey residential tower with 54 apartments and a seven storey commercial building that will provide over 95,000 sq ft of office space.The apartments and offices benefit from views of Hyde Park and the West End.
  • The Stage
    The Stage is a £750m mixed-use development in Shoreditch on the site of Shakespeare’s former Curtain Theatre. The development will consist of a 37 storey tower, shops, restaurants and office buildings. There will be 275,000 sq ft of office space, 412 apartments for private sale and 400,000 sq ft of mixed-use space.
  • Richmond upon Thames College
    A £34m project at Richmond upon Thames College’s Twickenham campus, the first phase of a wider £80 million masterplan to transform facilities at the highly-rated London HE institution. A new five storey, concrete framed teaching block, extending to circa 161,000 sq ft of space.
  • Black Lion House
    Black Lion House will be a new creative office development for Whitechapel’s creative and digital business community in a refurbished office building on Whitechapel road. A glazed rooftop extension containing three storeys of accommodation will be added to the existing six storey building to deliver an uplift in office space from 60,000 sq ft to 93,000 sq ft. The proposed design will comprehensively reposition the building, rejuvenating it inside and out to create high quality workspace.
  • Interserve: NewVic 6th form College
    Interserve: NewVic 6th form College
    Enabling Works included the complex relocation of the main Gas, HV and LV infrastructure to the site, whilst the college remained operational. The first phase of the redevelopment includes a new modern entrance, new library, drama studio, cafeteria and learning spaces for students. Cape provided M&E services throughout including, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, PV system, led lighting throughout, building management, cctv, security and fire detection systems.

    Refurbishment of the existing Sir Jack Lyons Theatre and the erection of a roof extension to increase the height of the theatre's flytower to provide new plant and a new recital hall for the Royal Academy of Music.   • Bouygues: 25 Grafton Way
    25 Grafton Way
    Bouygues will deliver a 360,000 sq ft cancer treatment facility to be built on Grafton Way, next to University College of London hospital.   • National Grid/Skanska: Equipotential Earth Bonding of Gas Main Infrastructure
    National Grid/Skanska
    The NLGA is a partnership between Skanska UK and National Grid to undertake the replacement of gas mains across the North London and East Anglia networks. Cape Electrical and Mechanical have been appointed to earth bond new gas mains in domestic and commercial premises throughout the initial 8-year replacement program. Cape’s dedicated administration department controls a team of engineers carrying out equipotential earth bonding of new services.
